OmniSystems' Angela Dingle is a presenter at the 16th Caribbean Ministerial Strategic ICT Seminar taking place in the Atlantis Resort of Paradise Island, The Bahamas, from November 27th to December 1st of 2017.

In 2004, recognising the phenomenal changes sweeping the industry, the Caribbean Telecommunications Union (CTU) instituted Ministerial Strategic information and communication technologies (ICT) Seminars with the aim of laying a common platform of understanding amongst Government Ministers and senior policy makers on ICT issues.
The Government of The Bahamas and its Utilities Regulation and Competition Authority (URCA) in collaboration with the CTU host the 16th Caribbean Ministerial Strategic ICT Seminar (CMSIS16). The theme of the Seminar is Internet Imperatives for the Caribbean Single ICT Space.
