Doug Tinder has been named VP of Business Development at OmniSystems, Inc.
Previously, Doug Tinder was the President of Tinder Consulting, evaluating client capabilities and matching these capabilities to Federal opportunities to produce wining proposals and partnerships.
Before forming Tinder Consulting, Doug led Xerox Education Solutions' Common Services for Borrowers contract in support to the Department of Education Federal Student Aid as Executive Vice President.

Doug has a Bachelor of Science from the State University of New York Polytechnic Institute.
