Vacancy: Associate Security Analyst

U.S. citizenship is required.

The Associate Security Analyst provides site support for contractually required Federal Background Investigation submissions and re-investigations, Conducts General Awareness Training, Role Based and Specialized Security Training for site personnel, supports processing of System Access Requests to facilitate site personnel access to system components and data. Additionally, the Associate Security Analyst supports periodic internal and contractually required external reporting requirements regarding site personnel Background Investigation status, site personnel Awareness Training status, supports site personnel termination reporting and provides support for ad hoc data calls/reporting regarding site personnel. The Associate Security Analyst also provides support for the distribution and administration of System Authentication Tokens to/for site personnel. The administrative security functions, supported by the Associate Security Analyst, are essential to site support for our client’s mission.

Duties include but are not limited to the following;

  • Processing e-QIP Background Investigations
  • Site personnel termination reporting
  • Support for and reporting regarding quarterly review of site personnel system access
  • Training client resources on Security Procedures
  • Documentation processing
  • Site Personnel List reporting
  • Employee LOA documentation
  • Role Based training deployment and tracking
  • Token reporting and removal (chain of custody)
  • Fingerprinting
  • Tracking and maintaining records regarding site personnel status
  • Ad Hoc reporting and support requests
  • Work collaboratively to contribute to achieving organizations business goals
  • Create/maintain database of current staffing levels, access and Background Investigation status
  • Ensure all security policies are followed

Education

  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent
  • 2 years of experience
