Employment Benefits

The following benefits will be offered to all qualified employees of OmniSystems:

  • Medical Insurance
    Comprehensive medical coverage is offered through United Healthcare, a major national carrier, to be effective the 1st of the month after date of hire. Employees are able to cover their eligible dependents.

  • Dental Insurance
    OmniSystems offers a dental PPO plan through Principal Financial to all regular employees working 30 or more hours per week. Coverage is effective first of the month after date of hire. Preventive dental services, performed once per 6-month period are 100% covered under the plan. This dental benefit allows you to rollover up to $250 of your annual maximum limit that has not been used. Employees enrolled in the dental plan are also provided vision benefits through VSP.

  • 401(k) Retirement Plan
    Employees have the option to defer some of their pre-tax income by participating in OmniSystems' 401(k) Plan. Eligibility begins after six months of employment. Rollovers from other 401(k) plans are accepted. OmniSystems offers a 401(k) matching program as well.

  • Life Insurance
    Eligible employees are covered under OmniSystems’ life insurance plan for an amount equal to their annual salary to a maximum of $150,000.

  • Short-Term Disability
    Employees are covered under OmniSystems’ short-term disability insurance plan immediately upon completion of enrollment if they participate in the group Medical Plan, have an active work status and work a minimum of 30 hours per week. In the case of an accident, coverage starts after 1 day; for an illness, coverage begins after 8 days. The maximum benefit period is 13 weeks. During a short-term disability qualifying event, employees can collect 60% of their weekly salary up to a maximum of $1,000.00 weekly.

  • Long-Term Disability
    Employees are eligible for long-term disability upon completion of enrollment if they have an active work status and work a minimum of 30 hours per week. Enrolled employees are covered under Omni's long-term disability insurance after short-term disability coverage has expired. Long-term disability coverage pays 60% of an employee's salary up to $6,000.00 monthly. If employees are still disabled after six months, they will be terminated from OmniSystems.

  • Paid Holidays
    Full-time employees receive 10 paid holidays each year.

  • Vacation
    Full-time employees will accrue:

    • 10 days of leave annually for 1 to 3 years of service
    • 12 days of leave annually for 3 to 5 years of service
    • 15 days of leave annually for 5 to 7 years of service
    • 18 days of leave annually for 7 to 10 years of service
    • 20 days of leave annually for 10+ years.
  • Sick Leave
    Full-time employees will be allotted 5 days of sick leave annually.

  • Worker’s Compensation
    All employees of OmniSystems will be covered under worker’s compensation insurance.

  • Employee Assistance Program
    An OmniSystems paid program that entitles employees to free counseling, counseling assessments & treatments, legal referrals, and much more.
